A swot analyse is a study undertaken to determine the strength and weaknesses of a product / organisation as well as finding possible opportunities it opens and threats that come with it. 


Strengths  
  • No other games in the market like it- niche idea
  • Lot of creative freedom in designing the game 
  • Available on phones / tablets, big market

Weaknesses


  • Short time frame to finish the game
  • Lack of other games in market, nothing to base yours off
  • lot of creative freedom- small starting point, more time needed for design/ concept ideas. 
Opportunities
  • Creative freedom
  • Gives your designers a new and different project
  • Could make a popular game with nothing like it.
  • could make a collection of games with a similar message if it takes off

Threats

  • Time trails may encourage children to run or hurry across roads
  • Lower age range, kids are easily influenced, may take game in the wrong context.
  • Short time to produce game

    A solid SWOT analysis, although I do feel you could be more specific about the constraints of the brief and make a wider range of points. In addition, I would also like you to answer the question about what a SWOT analysis is - which was stipulated in the task requirements.

    This is below your usual high standard - to get the distinction you are capable of consistency is crucial.

      I changed the layout, added some graphics and a definition. I also added a couple more points but I've never done a SWOT analysis before and I don't really know what more I can add or change.
